Exclusively for GW students and alumni

Career and internship fairs provide opportunities for GW students and alumni to meet with organizations from a variety of industries that may be recruiting for full-time, part-time, and internship positions, and/or getting their brand out to the attention of GW students and alumni.

At these events, students and alumni will have the opportunity to meet, on average, more than 100 company representatives who will discuss their organizations and possible internships and job opportunities.  Employers who register for the events reflect available openings and the required qualifications. Students and alumni can review these listings in Handshake before attending the events.

A highlight of the event is the Fair Prep Room and the free head shot service at the LinkedIn Professional Photo Booth.

STUDENT/ALUMNI REGISTRATION. Registration for GW students and alumni is through Handshake. You will be able to RSVP and learn more about registered employers and the positions for which they are hiring so you can be prepared to strategically interact with those employers with whom you have an interest.

PLEASE NOTE: these fairs are exclusively for GW students and alumni. You will need to swipe your GWorld card (or type in your GWID) to access the Fair when you arrive at the Smith Center. Alumni who attended GW prior to Handshake may need to provide some form of evidence of their past attendance (resumes will do).
