About Nicole

Nicole began working at GW in 2013 and has served as a Career Exploration & Assessment Coach and as an Industry Career Coach for Human Services, Government, Law, and Education. Now as the associate director for Industry Coaching, she works with students pursuing all areas during all parts of their career journey. Nicole has experience working in university career services and in academic advising roles. She is passionate about working with students to set career goals tied to their interests. She has experience working with students from disciplines including international affairs, government, social work and other human services, and has worked with active duty military and veterans and enjoys helping them translate military experiences onto their resumes. Nicole also values the importance of students maintaining health and wellness throughout their college journey.


Nicole holds a BS in Psychology from Virginia Tech and a M.Ed in College Student Development and Counseling from Virginia Commonwealth University.


Nicole is is certified as a Federal Advisor through the Partnership for Public Service, a Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) practitioner, a CliftonStrengths educator, and is certified to interpret the Strong Interest Inventory.
