Recruit Students & Alumni
We offer a variety of ways for you to recruit and connect with students and alumni on campus, at your organization’s office or virtually.
Be sure to review our recruiting policies and guidelines before you start to recruit. If you’d like assistance creating a recruiting strategy, including integration of social media, contact Graham Bottrel at firstname.lastname@example.org or 202-994-2674.
Post Jobs & Internships
To increase your visibility and recruit GW students and alumni, post your job or internship to 85,000+ registered GW student and alumni users in GWork, our online career management system.
On-Campus Recruiting (OCR)
Our on-campus recruiting program allows you to conduct multiple interviews with GW students on our main Foggy Bottom campus for full-time and paid internship positions.
Career Fairs & Industry Events
We host one large fair each semester and a variety of industry focused events throughout the year. These events provide you with an opportunity to meet with hundreds of GW students and alumni who are eager to connect with you.
Let students know about your organization and the opportunities you have available. Information sessions and tables can complement on-campus interviews or career fair attendance, or you can set them up as stand-alone events.
Gain a stronger presence on campus by partnering with us to meet with students and provide career advice, industry information, mock interviews and resume critiques.
Panels & Special Programs
Your professional insights and experience are invaluable to students who are preparing to embark on their careers. We are always interested in having recruiters or alumni working at your organization participate in our special events.
Site visits are a great way for students to gain a deeper understanding of your organization and the scope of your work. Contact us if your local organization is interested in sponsoring an employer site visit for GW students.
Webinars & Virtual Events
Virtual recruiting options can be a good way to engage students if your organization is unable to come to campus. Possible formats include information sessions, webinars and virtual fairs.
