Caroline has spent her career helping people navigate moments of transition. Before joining GW, she worked in first-year experience and new student orientation programs at several colleges and universities and spent three years in Okinawa, Japan, supporting Marines and Sailors in education and career planning. She is passionate about creating encouraging, empowering spaces for students to explore their goals and take their next steps with confidence.

Caroline earned her Master of Science in Educational Leadership with an emphasis in College Student Development from Oklahoma State University. She is currently a doctoral candidate studying Instructional and Performance Technology at the University of West Florida. When she's not at work or doing homework, she enjoys getting lost on the hiking trails or in a good book.
