Krista Flagg

Krista Flagg is a Government Advisor at Gallup, bringing data-driven insights to advise government agencies on how to lead engaged, efficient, and effective teams. At Gallup, Krista is focused on transforming the world of public service through manager and leadership development, employee engagement and strengths-based science to tackle issues such as burnout, retention, communication, and agency identity and culture.
Beyond her role at Gallup, Krista serves as Training Director on the Board of the DC Chapter of Amigos de las Américas, a nonprofit empowering young leaders through immersive service and cultural exchange across Latin America.
Krista earned her degree in International Business with a minor in Spanish from George Washington University. She has lived abroad in Europe, Asia, and South America, is trilingual in Spanish, German, and English, and studied abroad through the Semester at Sea program.
Outside of work, Krista enjoys traveling, cooking, yoga, and reading. Her CliftonStrengths Top 5 are Communication, Includer, Woo, Arranger, and Connectedness.
