Nicole Mintz is an ICF‐Certified Career Management Coach who believes that professional development is deeply connected to personal growth. She works with students across all disciplines to explore their interests, set meaningful career goals, develop effective job search strategies, and present their best selves through resumes, cover letters, and online profiles.

Her coach-approach centers on creating a welcoming, inclusive, and individualized coaching experience for every student. Nicole is certified to work with all students—including neurodivergent students—on their career development and is dedicated to helping them build confidence and clarity as they move forward.

She holds multiple career assessment credentials, including certifications as a Strong Interest Inventory® and Myers‐Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®) practitioner, as well as a CliftonStrengths® Certified Coach.

With more than 14 years of experience as a career practitioner at The George Washington University, Nicole is passionate about helping students discover their strengths and take confident steps toward their future. She earned an M.S. in Organization Development from Johns Hopkins University’s Carey Business School and a Graduate Certificate in Career and Workforce Development from The George Washington University’s Graduate School of Education and Human Development.
