Kisha Manning Bilal (she/her) serves as the Career Development Manager for the Elliott School of International Affairs (ESIA) as a member of the newly formed Center for Career Service’s (CCS) Career Academic Partnerships (CAP) unit. With over 15 years of higher education experience in career services, administrative operations, and event management, Kisha has held progressive roles at Johns Hopkins University, American University, and George Washington University. A graduate of William Paterson University of New Jersey and an alumnus of GSEHD, Kisha returns to GW with a focus on expanding career readiness competencies, creating experiential learning experiences, and fostering partnerships with ESIA undergraduate students, alumni, and employers.
In her personal time, Kisha enjoys watching sports, spending time with her family, and conducting genealogical research.
