Rasul Coleman

Rasul Coleman serves as Administrative Manager in the Center for Career Services. In this role, he oversees financial operations, administrative strategy, and process improvement initiatives that strengthen divisional efficiency and alignment with university priorities. Rasul manages budget development, data analysis, and cross-departmental coordination for the Center for Career Services, supporting strategic planning and operational excellence.

A proud GW alumnus, Rasul earned his Master of Business Administration from the GW School of Business, where he focused on strategy, operations, and emerging technologies. He brings more than a decade of experience in organizational management, customer service, and leadership across higher education and corporate environments, including the University of Maryland and Macy’s, Inc.

Rasul is passionate about leveraging data, innovation, and effective management practices to improve institutional operations and enhance the student experience at GW.
