The Center for Career Services is committed to understanding your organization’s unique recruiting needs and outreach efforts. We look forward to partnering with you to optimize your experience at GW. We collaborate with our colleagues across campus, including nine school-based career offices, to provide rich programming and a variety of tools in support of our student and alumni community.
We offer a variety of ways for you to recruit and connect with students and alumni on campus, at your organization’s office, or virtually.

Career Exploration Expo

Friday, September 12, 11 a.m. - 3 p.m.
Early Access for Select Students at 10:30 a.m.
The GW Career Exploration Expo is an exciting opportunity for your organization to meet with undergraduate and graduate students to discuss internships and full-time jobs.
This is the premier recruiting event at GW and is a great opportunity for you to:
- recruit students and alumni for open jobs or internships at your organization,
- build or expand your employer brand on campus,
- educate students about opportunities in your industry/company,
- engage students in your talent pipeline, and
- learn about candidate preferences as they navigate the job market.
Anticipated Student Attendance
Last semester, we had over 1,200 students attend this event. This semester, we anticipate over 1,300 unique students and alumni attendees.

Timing Information
Employer check-in will begin at 9 a.m. We encourage employers to arrive early so as to have enough time to set up your booth and enjoy a catered lunch.
The Expo will start promptly at 11 a.m. with a select group of students who assist with event promotion getting Early Access at 10:30 a.m.
Who Can Attend
Any organization with internship or full-time entry-level job opportunities.
Due to limited space, the GW Center for Career Services reserves the right to approve or decline registrations based on organizational fit.
Please note: We are not accepting registration requests from graduate or professional schools seeking to recruit students for their academic programs. We also are not accepting registrations for organizations seeking to recruit volunteers.

Registration Fees
- For-Profit Organizations: $750
- Government Agencies: $500
- Non-Profit Organizations: $250
If you also register for the GW School of Business Fall 2025 Career Fair, you will receive a 20% off your registration fee for each fair.
Your registration fee covers the following:
- One (1) six-foot table
- Two (2) chairs
- Parking Validation for on-campus parking garages (Note: We cannot reimburse parking expenses for off-campus parking, nor can we pay any parking tickets.)
- Refreshments for up to two (2) representatives
The deadline to register for this fair is Thursday, September 4, 2025 at 12 p.m. ET.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
We are excited to have your organization attend this event. We strive to be as flexible as possible when employers need to cancel. Please make note of the following in case you are unable to attend this fair.
- You are eligible for a full refund until the registration deadline–Thursday, September 4, 2025 at 12 p.m. ET.
- After Thursday, September 4, 2025 at 12 p.m. ET, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund after the registration deadline at our discretion.
- We reserve the right to require payment for companies that no-pay no-show at our discretion.
- We will not approve registrations for future recruiting events if your organization has an outstanding invoice for a previous fair.
