Freidricka (she/her) is an Industry Career Coach at George Washington University’s Center for Career Services. She supports students in exploring opportunities in the fields of Government & Policy, Social Impact, Economics, and Consulting. She is committed to helping students develop a vision for their future selves and pursue their aspirations.

Freidricka has over fifteen years of experience serving in mission driven organizations. Previously, Freidricka served as a Career Readiness Coordinator for the Achieving Collegiate Excellence & Success (ACES) program at the Universities at Shady Grove; College/Career Mentoring Program Specialist at Asian American Youth Leadership Empowerment and Development (AALEAD); and Operations Manager at Don Bosco Cristo Rey's Corporate Work Study Program. Additionally, Freidricka has experience working in the federal government with the Peace Corps Headquarters as well as nonprofits in the DC Metropolitan region.

As a Filipino-American, first generation immigrant, and first-generation college graduate, Freidricka's experience navigating her college and career pathway has influenced her commitment to college access and equity, career development, and positive youth development. She holds a Master of Education in Human Development from University of Maryland where her research focused on the early career development of students from populations that are traditionally underrepresented in higher education. She is also a Certified Career Services Provider and Global Career Development Facilitator.
