Hillary Phillips

Hillary Phillips is a Senior Digital Strategist at Taoti Creative in Washington, DC. She works with clients ranging from federal agencies to trade associations to ensure their website aligns with their organizational goals.

Hillary started her career working in-house for major non-profits, including American Nurses Association and Environmental Defense Fund in various marketing and website roles. Working in-house for over a decade has provided Hillary with personal experience navigating complex internal dynamics to focus the overall business goals while supporting individual program needs.

Hillary has a B.S.B.A. from Xavier University (2011) and an M.B.A. from George Washington University (2019). During her M.B.A. program, Hillary had research published in International Business Times and Harvard Business Review. She graduated in the top 10% of her M.B.A. earning entry into Beta Gamma Sigma. Additionally, she served on the M.B.A. Association board, representing part-time and online students. Hillary received the Part-Time Master of Business Administration Outstanding Contributor Award in 2019.
