Sydney Walley

Sydney Walley is an Associate Director in FGS Global’s Strategic Communications Division, based in Washington, DC, where she plans and executes high-profile events on behalf of the firm’s corporate, nonprofit, government and entertainment clients around the globe. Sydney also specializes in the development and implementation of integrated communications strategies for a wide variety of clients, with a particular interest in crisis and litigation communications. Prior to joining FGS Global, Sydney served as Finance Director on a congressional campaign in Virginia’s 10th district and, most recently, worked as a fundraising consultant to top-tier congressional races across the country. Prior to her experience on the campaign trail, Sydney interned with SKDKnickerbocker, the Democratic National Committee, the office of Congressman Ted Lieu, AJC Global and the Smithsonian American Art Museum. Sydney received her Bachelor of Arts degree in International Affairs from The George Washington University’s Elliott School of International Affairs with a minor in Judaic Studies. While a student at GW, Sydney was an active member of Sigma Iota Rho, the STAR program, GW Hillel, the International Affairs Society and College Democrats. Sydney is a proud native of Manhattan Beach, California.
